Terms and Conditions

1. Definition

 In these terms and conditions ‘’The Seller’’ or ‘’The Company’’ means Beauty Expression (UK) Limited.
‘’The Buyer’’ means the purchaser of goods from the Seller under these terms and conditions.

2. General 

If you continue to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Beauty Expression’s (UK) Limited relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. All trademarks and copyrighted items remain the property of their respective owners. Pictures on this site may not be to scale or exact color match for items purchased due to differences in browsers, display settings or your graphic card's configuration. If any questions arise please contact the Beauty Expression (UK) Limited directly and we will be happy to help. All products are subject to stock and availability. Beauty Expression (UK) Limited reserves right to refuse any order at any time. All products are sold in the understanding that they will be used for their intended purposes and by professionals and trained technicians.
Beauty Expression (UK) Limited will not accept any responsibility for trained and untrained personnel supplied by us.
We take care and responsibility to make sure that the buyer will receive correct size, good quality products and fast reliable service.

Calls to our 0843 number cost 4.3 p/min from BT landline. Calls from mobile  and other network providers will be higher and may vary.

We offer wide range of Natural Beauty products and are proud to be part of those who care for healthier future and less polluted world.

 3. Prices

All prices are correct at the time and can be amended without prior notice. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. 15% discount to beauty students, 20% discount to all beauty professionals and 30% discount to beauty schools are subject of approval.

4. Promotions

Products on promotional sale are subject to stock availability. You will be contacted within 8 hours if the ordered items are out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel promotional sales without prior notice.

During an announced website sale only the ongoing sale will apply, special discounts codes during that time will not apply. Gift vouchers are not affected by the sale.

5.International buyers

Please note that Beauty Expression (UK) Limited are not responsible for the following:

Import duties, taxes and charges. They are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Prior to buying, please check with your country’s customs office that these additional costs might be incurred .

Buyers from outside of the EU can contact us directly by e-mail or through contact us form to figure out the delivery cost to the buyers country.
Paypal invoice would be sent to the buyer, including the price of goods and the delivery.

 6. Payments

All payments due to the Seller in full prior to dispatch of goods.
All payments are made throughout secure payment gateway. Beauty Expression (UK) Limited does not store card details and do not share customer details with any third parties.

7. Claims

Claims for loss or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.
Parcels and goods inside must be inspected on delivery.
Written report must be sent within 14 days of date of invoice in case of loss.

8. Guarantee 

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
All glass items are excluded from this warranty.
All electrical items are subject to 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and warranty conditions. During this period Beauty Expression (UK) Limited will arrange repair or exchange of faulty item on behalf of the manufacturer.
The guaranty does not cover: periodical maintenance, damage or defects caused by use or treatment of the product inconsistent within normal use. The Buyer agrees to follow items use and keep conditions as advised by manufacturer.
Where the claim on warranty is made the original receipt of purchase must be presented. Copies of the receipt will not be accepted.

9. Liability and limitations

The Buyer warrants that the goods will be used for professional use only. Beauty Expression (UK) Limited have no liability to the Buyer for damage to goods caused by incorrect installation or any modification made. Beauty Expression (UK) Limited does not accept liability and responsibility for death and personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. Beauty Expression (UK) Limited is not liable for damage to goods caused by normal wear and tear.The Seller may assign it's rights under terms and conditions. The Buyer has no rights of assignment.

10. Beauty Professional's Registration:

All beauty professional accounts are subjects to termination if information supplied is found to be false. Beauty Expression UK Limited has the right to request the account in question for additional information or other evidences. All the professionals will be issued a discount code to use for online purchases. All beauty professionals can order products online, via telephone or email and the trade prices will be applied. We offer 15% discount to beauty students, 20% discount to all beauty professionals and 30% discount to beauty schools, tutors and trainers. Discounts are subject of approval.
