Returns, cancellations and alteration:
When items are ordered in error or they are not as expected buyer must contact us within the 14 working days to arrange a return.
When the return of a product is agreed by both parties - items must be returned in their original package, unopened and not damaged.
The seller is not responsible for the return postage costs incurred.
For the items ordered in error, slight differences in colour, unwanted or no longer needed the delivery cost paid by the buyer will not be refunded.
When the received product is damaged or the wrong product had been sent; contact us immediately to discuss the return or replacement of the product. No additional postage costs will be incurred.
Refunds will be made within the 2-3 working days after Returned goods will be accepted and Authorisation given.
Nail Polishes, Nail Care Products, Skin Care Products, Hair Care Products, UV Gel Products and some Depilatory products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Faulty or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the purchase, after authorisation from Beauty Expression (UK) Limited was given.
