Returns:
Returns are accepted within 28 days from purchase date and must be returned in original condition, unopened, unused and in original not damaged packaging.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All electrical items are subject to 12-month manufacturer’s warranty under warranty conditions. During this period Beauty Expression (UK) Limited will arrange repair or exchange of faulty item on behalf of the manufacturer within 2-4 weeks.
The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover:
Periodical maintenance.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Extended Warranty
Beauty Expression (UK) Limited offers an extended warranty for electrical items which provides additional coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
The extended warranty offers peace of mind by protecting electrical goods against unexpected failures and malfunctions and offer replacement within 5 working days at no extra cost to customer.
The Extended Warranty Policy does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the item.
Loss or theft of the item.
Used and no longer needed item return for a refund.
